1. If students notify DET to cancel registration two days prior to the course start, we will refund the course fee less $50.00 registration fee.
2. There are no refunds once training has started.


1. By regulation, students must attend all hours of the course.
2. By NYS and EPA regulations, students must complete all training within two weeks of starting a course.
3. Additional $50.00 per hour fee is required to make-up any hours or days of training missed.
