An Asbestos Survey or Asbestos Screening, which involves a sampling and laboratory analysis of the materials, can accurately identify and quantify asbestos fibers in building materials. Building purchasers and owners should be aware whether their building has Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) so that they can be safely managed or removed.
What are your Asbestos Project Design Services?
We have been trained and certified to plan and design asbestos abatement projects or operations and maintenance (O&M) activities.
What are site specific variances?
A site-specific variance allows an alternative method of construction or monitoring which would be applicable at one or more sites within a local agency's jurisdiction. Application for a site-specific variance shall be made. This service must be conducted by an Authorized Asbestos Project Designer.
When responsible for the project management, we would submit the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge and experience to achieve specific project objectives according to the project acceptance criteria within agreed parameters. Project management has final deliverables that are constrained to a finite timescale and budget.

Lead Assessment: is a comprehensive evaluation for lead-based paint hazards that includes paint testing, dust and soil sampling, and a visual evaluation. The assessment report identifies lead hazards and appropriate lead hazard reduction methods. A certified risk assessor must conduct the assessment.
Mold (FUNGI) assessment is a multi-step process of identifying what, if any, mold (FUNGI) exists and the severity of its infestation. Assessment is the process used to locate the source and location of the mold (FUNGI). It includes visual inspection, air quality testing and actual physical inspection to determine what is contributing to the mold (FUNGI) growth. This includes moisture and ‘food’ sources that enable the mold (FUNGI) spores to flourish.
